Privacy Policy

Last Updated: July 6, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Stealth CRX, Inc., doing business as StealthCRX (“StealthCRX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and shares information in connection with our website and the StealthCRX Jobsite Intelligence service (the “Service”).

The Service lets construction businesses subscribe to StealthCRX-owned cellular cameras that customers self-install on their jobsites. The cameras capture images, our software analyzes those images, and we deliver a Daily Report to customers by text message link. We sell to homebuilders and other construction businesses in the United States and operate under US law.

The Service involves two very different kinds of information, so this policy is organized around both:

  • Website and account data you give us to set up and manage your subscription.
  • Jobsite imagery and device data our cameras capture on your construction sites.

If you are a worker, subcontractor, or visitor who may appear in jobsite imagery, read “Jobsite Imagery and Device Data” below. The construction company that operates the site controls the monitoring there, so questions about a specific site should go to that company first.

Website and Account Data

What we collect. When you visit our website, create an account, or subscribe, we collect information such as:

  • Your name and business name
  • Email address and phone number
  • Jobsite addresses and shipping addresses
  • Account credentials (username and password)
  • Support requests and other communications you send us
  • Billing and subscription details

Payments. We use Stripe to process payments. Stripe collects and handles your payment card information directly. We do not store full card numbers on our systems. Stripe’s handling of your information is governed by Stripe’s own privacy policy, available at https://stripe.com/privacy.

Cookies. Our website uses a small number of cookies. Some are essential to make the site work, keep you logged in, and process orders. We also use basic analytics to understand how visitors use the site. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles or to sell your information. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies, though blocking essential cookies may break parts of the site.

Jobsite Imagery and Device Data

What the cameras collect. Our cameras capture still images of active construction sites. Those images are transmitted to our systems, analyzed, and used to produce reports. The cameras can also record video and audio. Video and audio are stored locally on the camera, are not routinely transmitted to our servers, and are not used to produce reports. We may retrieve locally stored video or audio remotely in connection with an investigation, such as a suspected safety incident, theft, property damage, a dispute, or a legal matter, or as required by law. Each device also reports telemetry such as its location, connectivity status, battery and power state, and diagnostic information we use to keep the device working.

People who appear in imagery. Because the cameras point at active jobsites, images may incidentally include workers, subcontractors, delivery personnel, and visitors on or near the site. We collect imagery to analyze site conditions, activity, and construction progress. We are not interested in personal information: we do not try to identify individuals from this imagery, and we do not use facial recognition.

The builder controls the site. Our customer, the construction business that operates the jobsite, controls that site and decides where cameras go. That customer is responsible for posting notice and telling workers, subcontractors, and visitors that camera monitoring is in use, including that cameras capture images and may record video and audio, and for obtaining any consents required by law or contract. If you have questions about monitoring on a specific site, contact the company that operates it. You may also contact us using the details at the end of this policy.

How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

  • Provide the Service, including capturing images, analyzing them, and delivering Daily Reports
  • Operate, maintain, and secure our website, cameras, and systems
  • Develop and improve our AI models, analytics, and Service, including training our models on imagery and device data we collect
  • Create anonymized and aggregated data sets that do not identify you and that we may use for any lawful purpose
  • Process billing, payments, and subscriptions
  • Provide customer support and respond to your requests
  • Send service and transactional communications by email and text message, such as report delivery, account notices, and billing messages
  • Investigate suspected safety incidents, theft, damage, disputes, or legal matters, including by retrieving video or audio stored locally on a camera
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements

Our long-term product depends on high-quality imagery. We retain jobsite imagery and data derived from it on a long-term basis and use it to develop our models. See “How Long We Keep Information” below.

Text Messages (SMS)

We use the phone number you provide to deliver Daily Report links and other service messages. We obtain your consent to receive these messages at checkout. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a message from us. If you opt out, we may not be able to deliver reports or important service notices. Text and email delivery through our app is also governed by the communications consent presented in the app.

How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We share information only in these situations:

  • Service providers. We use trusted vendors that help us run the Service, such as hosting and cloud storage, cellular connectivity, payment processing (Stripe), text messaging delivery, and website analytics. They may access information only to perform work for us.
  • Professional advisors. We may share information with our lawyers, accountants, auditors, and similar advisors as needed.
  • Legal and safety. We may disclose information when we believe it is required by law, legal process, or a government request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of StealthCRX, our customers, or others.
  • Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep account and billing data for as long as your account is active and afterward as needed to meet legal, tax, accounting, and recordkeeping requirements.

We retain jobsite imagery and the data we derive from it on a long-term basis, and we use it for AI and model development, consistent with our customer agreements. Video and audio recorded by a camera stay on the device unless retrieved in connection with an investigation or a legal requirement; anything we retrieve is kept as long as needed for that purpose. This is a core part of how we build and improve the Service. When we no longer need information for these purposes, we delete it or keep it only in anonymized or aggregated form.

Security

We use commercially reasonable physical, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No website, product, or method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Privacy Choices and State Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under your state’s privacy law. Several states, including California, Virginia, Colorado, and others, give residents rights that may include:

  • Accessing the personal information we hold about you
  • Correcting inaccurate personal information
  • Deleting personal information
  • Opting out of certain processing

Most of what we process is business-contact information or jobsite data, which may be exempt from these laws or subject to limits. If you appear in jobsite imagery, the company that operates the site is the right place to direct requests about that imagery, because that company controls the site. You may also contact us and we will help route or respond to your request.

To exercise a right, email us at support@stealthcrx.com. We will verify your identity before acting on a request, and we may ask for information to do so. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

Children

The Service is a business-to-business product. It is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website. The “Last Updated” date at the top shows when the policy was last revised.
